Conceptual Aspects of Monitoring of Quality of State Financial Control of Execution of Budgets of Subjects of the Russian Federation

Abstract
The article considers a value and a role of the monitoring quality of state financial control of execution of budgets of subjects of the Russian Federation in the conditions of increase of requirements to effi ciency of budgetary expenses within the limits of realized budgetary reform. The author notes factors infl uencing effectiveness of the state financial control.
