Abstract
After leaving the most part of the Kalmyk people to the territory of chinese empire their status of Statehood undergoes the great changes in the course of Ekaterina's II, Pavel's I, Alex's I activities, adopted «Rules» and «regulations» by the government of the population of the Kalmyk steppes.
