Adoption of Stepnoe Ulozhenie (Constitution) and Beginning of activity of Narodnuy Khural (Parliament) of RK in the 1993-1995
Abstract
The paper deals with the development of parliamentarism in the Republic of Kalmykia, and refl ects the transition of the legislative branch of the Republic of Kalmykia to Narodnuy Khural (Parliament) of the RK. The new legislative initiatives of the Narodnuy Khural (Parliament) of the RK on the major issues of social and political life of the republic are investigated for the first time.
