The Conception of the Right to Mutual Understanding for Native Peoples of Russia (on the example of the republics of the Russian Federation)
Abstract
The article sets out the author’s conception on the right of the native (title) peoples of the republics of the Russian Federation on mutual understanding. The author substantiates the nesessity of compulsory study of the state languages of the republics of the Russian Federation in institutions of secondary education.
