1993-2012 - worked from a trainee teacher to the head of the Department of Modern and Contemporary History of Stavropol State University.

2012-2015 – Dean of the Faculty of History, Philosophy and Arts of the North Caucasus Federal University.

Since 2012 – Head of the Department of Foreign History, Political Science and International Relations of the North Caucasus Federal University.
