About the Possibilities of Realization of Cluster Policy in Conditions of Transition to Innovative Economy: Foreign and Russian Experience
Abstract
The article deals with the theoretical background and implementation factors of cluster policy in the transition to an innovation economy of agriculture, including the refinement and analysis of domestic and international experience in the development and implementation of cluster policy. Socio-economic conditions and other factors inherent in the region are identified.
