Peculiarities of the Electoral Legislation on Elections of Deputies from Nomadic Peoples to the State Duma of 1905−1907
Abstract
The article deals with the issues of creation of the legal base of the Russian Parliament in the early XX century consisting of two chambers — the State Council and the State Duma. The peculiarities of creation and usage of the electoral law in the indirect election of deputies from the nomadic peoples are marked.
